New Member Presentation Request Form

This form is required for organizations requesting to host a New Member Presentation event on EMU's campus.  Host organizations in good standing with Campus Life and Fraternity and Sorority Life are required to complete the form a minimum of two weeks before the proposed date of their new member presentation.

If DPS is to be assigned for the duration of the event, the host organization will assume responsibility for DPS costs or a request can be made to Student Government through Campus Life or Conference and Event Services to cover the charges. There is no guarantee that funding will be provided.
